The Right Person for the Job

Locating the right person for the job requires considerable reach within the logistics and supply chain community. It requires as well current knowledge of technology, operations, vendors and other elements of an industry in the midst of profound and rapid change. Beyond old fashioned networking and “old fashioned job boards" Navesink conducts searches using a variety of resources. These include an extensive commercial database of qualified candidates provided through a wholly-owned subsidiary; a separate collection of proprietary logistics/supply chain talent not part of the commercial database and a substantial network of logistics professionals in industry and consulting. Our collective and ongoing experience uniquely qualifies us as recruiters to meet and exceed our clients’ requirements.

With the container search approach, clients pay an up front, nonrefundable retainer of one third of the estimated commission for the search.

Clients agree to work with our firm exclusively and not enter into agreements with other recruiting agencies for the procurement of candidates for positions for which they’ve paid us this nonrefundable retainer. If a candidate comes to our client on their own and is the selected candidate, our client may hire this candidate however they agree to forfeit the retainer payment.
